Program Director
The Program Director must possess a Masters’ degree from an internationally accredited university in Social Work, Sociology, Public Health and/or Public Administration and possess a minimum of five years work experience within the social services and/or development sector/s. The Program Director will serve as a member of the organization’s senior management team. He/she must have a minimum of three years supervisory and/or managerial experience. He/she must exhibit the ability to fulfill the following job requirements.

Public Health Coordinator
The Public Health Coordinator/Trainer must possess a medical degree. Candidates that possess work experience in the development sector will be at an advantage during the recruitment process. He/she must demonstrate a strong understanding of the project subject, location, and basic concepts related to public health and social work.

Resource Mobilizer
(Mohammadi Colony : Community Driven Development Project)
The Resource Mobilizer must possess a Bachelors’ degree in a Social Science and/or possess a minimum of two years work experience within the development sector He/she must demonstrate a strong understanding of the project subject and location. The Resource Mobilizer will receive direction from the Concern for Children Trust (CFC) Project Manager and will be responsible for community organization and mobilization activities via social research, interviews and needs’ assessment.
Internship Opportunities
In accordance with our organizational strategic plan,
CFC will focus its attention toward organizational
growth, public advocacy and its endowment fund for
the duration of the Year 2008. CFC seeks dynamic individuals
with an interest in development work/social services
for internship opportunities. Interns are encouraged
to indicate their area of interest and map out learning
roles for themselves. No previous experience within
the social services is required. Internships may lead
to employment within the organization.
